"What a place! Stunning and spacious apartment right in the action. We loved our stay at On The Bay 1. The location could not be better. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony and have the comforts of home, whilst still feeling like you’re part of the action, all with a beautiful view. We even cancelled all of our restaurant bookings as it was nicer to be at home. The apartment itself is stunning. Beautifully furnished and styled. The kitchen is a standout, and very well appointed. Comfy beds with beautiful linen sheets. Easy access down the lift and out to Bay St, especially great with a pram. Very comfortable stay with effective air con when you need respite from the heat and humidity. 10/10 recommend!"

"This apartment is bright, clean and spacious. The location and view are second to none in Byron. We really loved the balcony and entertaining spaces, we also loved the 2min walk to the beach. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and happily stay there again."

"Fantastic place and excellent location. We stayed as a family of five with three teenage kids. Plenty of room, really wonderfully built and decorated, and the location is incredible directly across the street from the beach. Would absolutely stay again, one of the nicest AirBnbs we've stayed at ever."

"The villa apartment was stunning, our bed had a straight view in the water, large balcony to enjoy sunset drinks, it was ideal. Location is so convenient, we were able to take surf lessons right in front of the house. Wish i could leave there everyday. It was easy to get in, the managers of the property were responsive, nothing bad to say about this rental! I will definitely go back"

"A really great place to catch up with friends and enjoy the best of Byron Bay. Fabulous location to be able to walk directly across to the beach for swimming and walks. Great amenities and balcony/deck area for BBQ feasts and people watching. Despite the proximity to the Beach Hotel noise was not an issue. Private parking an added bonus."
